Areas of Expertise: Penal Law. Graduate from the Universidad Anáhuac, campus Norte, class of 1992-1997, were he obtained the professional diploma on the year 2000. Thesis: “Legal analysis of the amendment to section I of article 20 of the Political Constitution of the Mexican United States, The Provisional Liberty”. He has professional experience of 14 years in penal litigation, whether as the defendant or as co-helper of the District Attorney; he has worked at the Federal District Attorney’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office of Mexico City; he has also been a substitute professor of the subject “General Theory of Crime” at universities such as Escuela Libre de Derecho and Universidad Iberoamericana; he is the deputy coordinator of the Penal Law Commission of the Mexican Bar of the Attorney’s Association since the year 2002; he has participated as well in several academic forums.
