Thesis: “Moral Rights derived from photographied person's image”.

Admitted to practice since 2003. Has taken several diploma studies, workshops and courses on different areas o the Private Law and a Master Degree on Copyright Law, Patents, Trademark and Information Technologies (Magister Lvcentinvs) of the University of Alicante, Spain.  Has been professor of the subject Corporate and Administrative Law at the Universiadad Iberoamericana. Worked on several firms in Mexico City, such as Becerril, Coca y Bercerril , S.C. and Bello, Gallardo, Morales y Tsuru, S.C. as well as in Zeiner & Zeiner in Viena, Austria and Zeiner & Zeiner in Alicante, Spain.
