He obtained the Law degree by the Universidad Anáhuac (1998), and has a long professional path in the area of Corporate Law.
He worked as an intern with Notary Public number 13 in and for the State of Mexico, Mr. Antonio Maluf Gallardo, and he worked as a senior attorney at Deloitte (Galaz Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C.), founder of the areas of Intellectual Property and Immigration (Deloitte’s international network) in said Firm. Likewise, he was an associate of the law firm Márquez Alonso, Abogados, S.C. He was Partner of the law firm Bautista Velázquez Abogados, S.C.
He has been a panelist of various lectures in Mexico City, New York, Washington D.C. and Amsterdam.
He is a professor and legal advisor for the project of the “Incubadora de Alta Tecnología, Incubadora de Tecnología Intermedia, Incubadora Social e Incubadora de Microempresas” [Incubators of High and Intermediate Technology, Social Incubator and Small companies incubator] of the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Santa Fe.
He has been an advisor of various companies and consulting firms domestic as well as foreign.
